We provide worldwide shipping service. ‑ United States: 7‑15 business days ‑ International destinations: 12‑25 business days

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking number to track your order online.

Shipping cost is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, based on shipping destination and total order weight. Free‑shipping promotions may apply occasionally according to store campaigns.

For international orders: all import duties, customs taxes and clearance fees are the recipient’s responsibility. These charges are not covered by our store. Please check local customs regulations before placing an order. We cannot offer refunds for parcels refused due to customs charges.

Please monitor your tracking information closely. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 14 days of delivery status update. We will assist you to file a claim with shipping carrier.

If you receive damaged items, please send clear photos of outer package and defective goods to us within 7 days upon delivery for further support.
